Guide on Procedures for the Preparation of Highway and Road Projects (November 2013)

A technical guide that identifies all the preparatory actions (studies, surveys, licensing) that are necessary for the maturation process of a typical roadwork, from its conception to its tendering, in order for the project to become ready for implementation. Also included is a list of related laws and a table with data on competent central authorities.

The manual is only available in Greek and it revises the relevant manual published by the MOU in 2009.
