Administration
The MOU is governed by a nine-member Board, which serves for a three-year term.
Human resources
The MOU staff has a high level of scientific training, specialization and experience in the management & monitoring of co-financed programmes and public projects. The selection process was based on the European Union recruitment system. The vast majority of the employees are seconded to the Managing Authorities.
Resources
The MOU is funded from programmes co-financed by the European Union and from national resources.
The MOU has established and applies a quality management system ISO 9001:2015 for the scope "Support of management and implementation of Partnership Agreement for Development Framework (PA) and other Development Programmes.
