Guide on Procedures for the Preparation of Highway and Road Projects (November 2009)

A technical guide that identifies all the preparatory actions (studies, surveys, licensing) that are necessary for the maturation process of a typical roadwork, from its conception to its tendering, in order for the project to become ready for implementation.
The manual, which was prepared on the basis of Circulars 37/95 and 27/97 issued by the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works, records the duration estimated for individual activities, the competent authorities for each activity, related legislation, and the estimated time-table for completing these activities. Also included is a list of related laws and a table with data on competent central authorities.
