The Management Organisation Unit assists all the Special Services of the Partnership Agreement in managing Operational Programmes and projects co-financed by the European Union. Its action focuses on:

• Staffing with specialized personnel and human resources management
• Training of the personnel
• Design and development of systems & tools relating to the management of co-funded programmes & projects
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the Special Services, covering housing, IT and office equipment, network infrastructure and technical support as well as their operating costs. In addition, the MOU manages the payroll, and all administrative operations.
