The 56th conference of the IQ-Net network took place on June 5-7, 2024 in Evora, Portugal, hosted by the Agency for Development and Cohesion (ADC) and the Alentejo Regional Coordination and Development Commission, I.P. (CCDRA, I.P.) .

The main theme of the conference was: “Conditionalities for the Environment and Climate in Cohesion Policy”.

The first part of the Conference reviewed the most recent developments in the remaining activities of the 2014-2020 programmes and the implementation of the 2021-2027 programmes.

In the second part, discussions focused on the topic of Environment and Climate in Cohesion Policy and on issues such as the practical implementation of new climate and environmental requirements in cohesion policy.

The Greek delegate attending the conference was Ms Maria Plytaria, a member of the Managing Authority of the Programmes “Environment & Climate Change” and “Civil Protection”.
