The Expert Team set up in 2020 is responsible for providing scientific and technical support to the Coordinating Committee of the Just Transition Development Plan:

• In preparing and implementing the plan
• In implementing strategic directions regarding the just transition plan and the elaboration of a strategic and operational plan
• In elaborating studies, researches, manuals of procedures, suggestions for the implementation of the plan
• In planning of maturation actions, integration procedures and in managing actions for the implementation of the plan
• In preparing of the programme 2021-2027 and the underlying Territorial Plans for Just Development.

The team also provides the Steering Committee with advisory support, as well as the necessary managerial, administrative and organisational know-how.
