48th IQ-Net Conference (online)

The 48th conference of the IQ-Net network took place on 17, 23 and 24 June 2020. Its main theme was: “Programme management in a time of crisis & new financial management options”.
The conference consisted of three online meetings conducted via the web-conferencing platform Zoom, each examining a specific topic:
- Wednesday 17 June 2020: Implementation of 2014-2020 programmes and preparation for the future period in the context of the Covid-19
- Tuesday 23 June 2020: New financial management options with a focus on simplified cost options (SCOs) and other planned changes to financial procedures in 2021-2027
- Wednesday 24 June 2020: Financing not linked to costs (FNLTC).
On behalf of the MOU the online meetings were attended by E. Papakonstantinou, Director of the Planning & Development Department; A. Ioannidou, Head of Programming & Communication Unit; D. Kalamaras, Head of the Expert Team for Minority Groups’ Projects and A. Vorloou, Planning & Development Department.
The Greek Ministry of Development & Investments was also represented at the conference by delegates from the Special Services of the National Coordinating Authority: S. Zisopoulou, M. Koutsouri and K. Vlachos, Special Coordinating Service for Strategy, Planning and Evaluation, as well as A. Arvaniti, D. Brillaki, S. Gerogiannaki and M. Petropoulou, Special Service for Institutional Support.
