The 46th meeting of the IQ-Net network took place on 12-14 June 2019 in Helsinki, Finland with main theme the “Transition to a low-carbon Europe: The role of Cohesion Policy”.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss how Cohesion Policy supports the transition to a low-carbon Europe, covering interesting experiences and challenges faced in the current programming period, as well as lessons for the future period. In addition, an overview was given of the progress of the 2014-2020 programmes and of the state of play of the discussion on Cohesion policy 2021-2027.

Greece was represented by Mr Michail Gkoumas, Special Service for Strategy, Planning and Evaluation of the National Coordination Authority - Ministry of Development and Investments.
