The Human Resources Management Department is responsible for selecting, training and developing all the staff hired by the MOU:
- It monitors the staffing needs of the Managing Authorities
- It designs, manages and implements the selection procedure for staff posted to the Managing Authorities
- It provides support for the orientation and integration of staff working in the MOU Headquarters and the Managing Authorities
- It designs human resources management / development / evaluation systems, training diagnosis systems and rewards and incentives systems
- It designs and implements training and know-how transfer programmes based on the diagnosis of training needs
- It works with the appropriate Managing Authorities to evaluate the results of training programmes
- It provides scientific support to public bodies in selection and training procedures.
