The MOU has been providing consultative and technical support to ESF beneficiaries since 1998. Supported bodies include the Greek Manpower Employment Organization (OAED), Ministries, Regions etc.

Moreover, since 2003 it provides support to Final Beneficiaries of Regional Operational Programmes concerning projects for vulnerable social groups (local authorities, development agencies etc).

Services provided by the Team:

• Support in the completion and submission of the technical bulletins (applications for funding)
• Support in the drawing-up of calls for proposals
• Support during project implementation (regarding administrative procedures, monitoring, adherence to publicity rules, eligibility of expenditure)
• Transfer of know-how and training employees of the supported bodies
• Handbooks and guides for the support of projects
