The object of the contract is the supply and installation of photocopying-MFP machines for the needs of the MOU Headquarters and the Special Services of the Partnership Agreement. The entire supply will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty of at least 2 (two) years. In addition, the Contractor must provide after-sales service and technical support, lasting at least 3 (three) years from the date of final receipt of the offered machines. For this period, the contractor will provide free repair, maintenance and spare parts, free corresponding service, as well as all consumables required for the continuous and smooth operation of the machines (except paper and staplers).
