Mr. Karalis is Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOU SA since May 2025.

He is a Civil Engineer with a Diploma from the University of Patras and holds a Master's Degree in Economic and Business Strategy from the University of Piraeus.

He has been practicing as an engineer since 2012, primarily focusing on the development and preparation of infrastructure upgrade projects for General and Central Government entities, within the framework of European and National Funding Programmes.

Currently, Mr Karalis is an elected member of the Central Delegation of the Technical Chamber of Greece.

He speaks English and French.
