IQ-Net Interim Meeting in Brussels

The IQ-Net Interim Meeting on “EU Cohesion Policy and Financial Instruments” was held in Brussels on Wednesday 28 March 2012.
This meeting was organised in cooperation with the European Commission to provide partners an opportunity to engage with different DGs (DG REGIO and DG ECFIN) on issues around Financial Instruments in the current period and post-2013, in order to feed into the debate on the future Structural Funds regulations.
The Brussels meeting followed on from the IQ-Net Conference in Aachen held in December 2011, where the extensive debate on financial instruments prompted partner interest in an additional IQ-Net meeting on the topic.
The Greek delegate attending the meeting was Ms Emmanuela Karapataki, Executive, Special Service for Strategy, Planning & Evaluation of Development Programmes, National Coordination Authority, Ministry for Development, Competitiveness & Shipping.
