• It compiles the annual budget and monitors and controls its implementation
• It fills technical bulletins, coordinates and monitors MOU projects co-financed by Technical Assistance
• It is responsible for financial management and flow of payments, as well as for the management of fixed assets
• It is responsible for the payment of salaries and social security contributions and manages supply contracts and contracts with third-parties
• It supports the Managing Authorities by providing office furniture, equipment and supplies, including photocopiers and fax machines
