The aim of the Electronic Library is to spread know-how and disseminate information. It contains useful tools for those involved in the implementation of EU-funded programmes, as well as information and publicity material for the general public.

It includes:

• tools, manuals, guides and other MOU publications
• the basic national legislative framework governing the planning, implementation and management of the Community Support Framework, the Community Initiatives, the Cohesion Fund and the current Programming Period (2007-2013) (available only in Greek)
• the corresponding EU legislative framework (available in Greek)
