32nd IQ-Net Conference in Tampere

The 32nd IQ-Net conference took place in Tampere, Finland on 18-20 June 2012.
The main theme of the meeting was “Innovation and Smart Specialisation in Cohesion policy programmes”, providing participants with an opportunity to review progress with the development of Innovation Strategies, as well as the strategic orientation of innovation in 2007-13 programmes and post-2013. The meeting also allowed participants to review developments relating to the new Structural Funds regulations and preparations in partner regions and countries for the next period, as well as discuss issues around the implementation of the 2007-13 programmes.
