The 42nd meeting of the IQ-Net network took place on 17-19 May 2017 in Gdańsk, Poland and its main theme was: “Structural Funds as Agents of Change: New Forms of Learning and Implementation”.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss how Structural Funds can act as agents of change, particularly in creating new forms of learning and implementation. In addition, an overview was given of the progress of the 2014-2020 programmes as well as of the state-of-play of the discussion about the future of Cohesion policy post-2020.

The Greek delegates attending the 42nd IQ-Net meeting were three representatives of the National Coordination Authority of the General Secretariat for Public Investments & ESPA - Ministry of Economy and Development: Ms Efrossyni – Eva Kotsaki, Head of Unit B’, Special Service for Institutional Support; Ms Vasiliki Kaza, Unit D’, Special Coordination Service for the Implementation of Operational Programmes; and Mr Konstantinos Vlachos, Unit A’, Special Service for Strategy, Planning and Evaluation.
